THE CLIENT
Tŷ Medi is a vegetarian and vegan café set in the small, historic market town of Machynlleth. It is nestled in the beautiful Dyfi valley, between the Cambrian Mountains and the foothills of south Snowdonia and close to the sandy beaches of Ynys Las and Aberdyfi.
THE CHALLENGE
The cafe’s previous awning (pictured in the third image) had collapsed and fallen into poor condition, leaving the exterior looking tired and uninviting.
THE SOLUTION
The existing solution was replaced with the Weinor Topas awning, finished in the same striped fabric to preserve their recognisable identity, while completely revitalising the frontage. The seating area now benefits from reliable shade once again, and the cafe’s curb appeal has been beautifully restored.
