At Roché we provide made-to-measure glass rooms, roofs and verandas from market-leading German brand Weinor. Our glass rooms are designed to create versatile outdoor spaces which offer beautiful panoramic views while maximising the amount of natural light entering your living space.

Each glass room can be customised to your individual preference with over 200 frame colours to choose from, all with a corrosion-resistant finish, to help your glass room sustain the test of time. High-quality construction including a rigid Terrazza roof and sturdy aluminium posts provide added durability as well as the ability to achieve much larger spans. 

Options of integrated LED lighting and bespoke conservatory awnings are available and integrate seamlessly with each glass room design.

Do you need planning permission for a Glass Room?

A glass room is usually classed as a permitted development. This means you don’t need planning permission to install the extension with a glass roof at your home. There are however some limits which you will need to take into account such as location, size and other factors like whether it’s a listed building.

A glass room is a completely bespoke solution. The price depends on various design options such as overall size and whether you choose to add glass sliding doors.

We’re happy to offer finance on all our glass room designs. Spread your payments over 10 months with no interest or hidden charges. For example, on an order of £12,500.00, 35% deposit of £4,375.00, Amount of credit is £8,125.00.

What is the cost of a Glass Room?

A Glass Room is a completely bespoke solution. The price depends on the overall size, whether you choose to add glass sliding doors and various other design options. For a Weinor Glasoase measuring 3 metres by 3.5 metres, with glass doors covering all three sides, the cost would be approximately £17,500 inc VAT and fitting.
