THE CLIENT
Located in the heart of Manchester, The Lowry Hotel is a five-star luxury destination renowned for its riverside setting, contemporary elegance, and exceptional hospitality.
THE CHALLENGE
Roché Awnings were appointed to revitalise the existing shading solutions at the prestigious The Lowry Hotel in Manchester. As one of the city’s most recognisable five-star destinations, the hotel’s frontage plays a vital role in shaping first impressions.
Over time, the existing awning fabric had begun to show signs of wear, presenting an opportunity to refresh the exterior while reinforcing the hotel’s distinct branding and enhancing overall curb appeal.
THE SOLUTION
Roché re-clothed the current awning structures rather than replacing them entirely, a cost-effective and sustainable approach that retained the original framework while delivering a completely renewed appearance.
We installed new, high-quality fabric finished with bespoke signwriting, carefully produced to align with The Lowry Hotel’s established brand identity.

The Weinor Cassita II has a contemporary full cassette. It measures up to 5.5m wide and optional integrated lighting is available (Weinor Cassita II LED).
